The Local Lawn team approves business profiles before they appear in search or receive new leads. Approval does not certify insurance, licensing, or a background check. Ask your professional about any credentials your project requires.
Private project details
Your address, photos, and messages are shared with the relevant project participants. Conversations are kept separately for each professional. The Local Lawn team can access information needed to support the marketplace.
Clear quotes and real feedback
Compare prices and scope before accepting a quote. Reviews can only be submitted by the customer after a booked job is marked complete.
Help when something goes wrong
Use “Report a problem” from your booked job to ask for a review by the Local Lawn team. Include the details of the issue. Internal review notes are only available to administrators.
